Western Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including air conditioning repair and installation, heating, maintenance, indoor air quality, geothermal, and refrigeration services in Orlando and the surrounding Four Corners area of Central Florida. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a guarantee that a specific service is available for your situation. Availability may depend on your location, equipment, and scheduling.

3. Estimates, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Requesting service through the Site, by phone, or by text does not by itself create a binding appointment until we confirm it with you. Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions, parts, or the scope of work differ once our technician evaluates the job. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can serve you and other customers efficiently.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for parts, labor, and services will be communicated to you before or at the time work is authorized. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for amounts you authorize us to charge.

5. Workmanship and Warranties

We stand behind our work and will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty on labor will be described at the time of service. Equipment and parts we install may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which are provided by and subject to the terms of the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated in writing, Western Air makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional, technical, or safety advice for your specific system. Do not rely on the Site in place of a professional evaluation. We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or always available.
